I have had no complaints regarding the service I offer.
The quality and standards of the care was judged by Ofsted as GOOD. The registered person meets the National Standards for under 8s day care and childminding.
To improve the quality and standards of care further the registered person should take account of the following recommendation(s):
- obtain written permission from parents for the use of plasters - (This recommendation has now been adopted)
